Client Challenge
Hypoklik is a small company that provides a mortgage calculation and comparison tool for their customers. In order to surpass their competitors it is necessary to respond and attract the customer as soon as possible after they use the comparison tool. Because of that they are using an internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system accessible as a web app.
Client Opportunity
The main problem of the web application is that it provides you with the leads only when actively used. This means a lot of missed opportunities when you are on the go and not browsing on the web. In order to prevent that a mobile notification with push notifications can be used.
Our Solution
1. Capturing leads anytime & anywhere
Allowing employees to receive push notification when a new lead appears was a game changer for them. Now they don't need to scan the app 24/7 instead they get notified as soon as they are needed.
2. No more signing and other delays
In order to provide the smoothest path towards capturing the lead a mobile app is a must have. Instead of opening a browser typing in the url then signing in and finally doing your job you can just click on the notification and the app opens right at the captured lead.
3. Integration with the web based application
Because the web application was already optimized for mobile phones we integrated it in the app. This resulted in significant price decrease and increased the speed of delivery.
The Results
Using the cutting edge technologies like Flutter and reusing the existing web application, the mobile application was delivered in 1 month for both iOS and Android. The application is available on the App Store but not publicly visible (unlisted distribution). For the Android distribution a APK file was used and distributed internally, meaning that the app is not available on the Google Play.
